Personality: Topeka is fairly friendly, and usually doesn't get mad easily. Being from Kansas which is known as the heart of America, she has a very loyal nature, and carries herself with pride. Topeka is stubborn and has a strong sense of justice. Summer tends to be a tomboy. She takes great pride in Brown vs. Board of Education, hating that people only know her for the WBC.

Historically Topeka is older than Kansas, or if you count it when it was officially founded about the same age. Topeka was a permanent native american settlement even before the Papin brothers started their ferry business, but I didn't factor that into her age because there is so little information on it, I don't want to assume and get facts wrong.))
